Allergy Advice
All our food is prepared in our own kitchen.
Within the kitchen the following are present, Celery, Gluten, Crustaceans, Eggs, Fish, Lupin, Milk, Molluscs, Mustard, Nuts, Peanuts, Sesame seeds, Sulphur dioxide, Soya.
We are unable to cater for every allergen individually but we will provide an allergen sheet with your buffet so your guests are able to make an informed choice on which foods they choose to eat.
Please check with us on allergens present in any particular dish.
If you advise us of an allergy we will endeavour not to use the particular allergen but cannot guarantee no trace, also some products we use although the ingredient may not be present within the ingredients list they do advise may contain.
Any guest who is unable to eat products that state may contain especially nut allergies we would recommend they do not eat any food we provide.
Individual platters can be provided for gluten free/vegan and dairy free guests only upon request and are £12 each
