At Bluebell Catering we like to try to make booking as straight forward as possible.

Your Event Details
If you can provide us with as much detail as possible (ie. the date and time you require the catering, the venue the catering is to be delivered to, how many people you need catering for and which food you would like, we will check our availability, and work out the price.
All menu descriptions will be adhered to wherever possible, subject to the availability of products and ingredients. If a product or ingredient is not available a suitable alternative will be substituted where applicable.
Dietary Requirements and Allergies
Bluebell Catering will endeavour to provide suitable adaptions to the client’s menu for any guests with special dietary requirements or allergies.
Although every effort will be made in the case of a severe allergen Bluebell Catering can not 100% guarantee there won’t be traces of the allergen in question. This is because we prepare all our food in a kitchen where other allergens are used.
Buffet Food Safety
It's best practice to throw away any food from a buffet that has not been used within four hours.
Never re-use food that has been sitting on a buffet table.
Once you are happy to go ahead and book
we will require a non-refundable £50.00 deposit
to secure the booking
Full payment of the balance will be due 14 days before your event
An invoice with a full breakdown will be provided.
We are sorry but we can not deliver a buffet if payment has not been made.
